These are the books and papers I have read and/or consulted in order to write this ebook. As well as the book details I have standardised the content to give an overview of what the book is about and why I have found it relevant to my case. When indicating relevance I point out where the degree of influence has been large. 

As I note in About - Author my sources come from a lifetimes reading round history, politics, business and systems. As I have developed this synthesis I have tried to extend my reading to fill in the gaps - science, evolution and behaviour. I have not included all the books that formed part of my professional education (Management and IT Systems) within the main Bibliography but I have given details of some of the most influential in the Appendices where they are relevant
